Cost: a 3D map opening bills as one “Immersive Maps” load — 5,000 free per month, then US$7 / 1,000. Light internal use will likely stay free, but this is not a guaranteed zero bill. The map loads only when you tap the button above (no invisible preloading); one map instance is reused.
